Lightest, Mobile & Modular Notebook

The lightest notebook to be powered by a Pentium III processor, the S Series is big on performance, sleek and slim in design. It features Intel SpeedStep technology, which means the processors performance is stepped up when your LifeBook is plugged into a power outlet.

The S-Series is ideal for professional users who need to keep their options open. Since only you can decide what devices you want to attach, Fujitsu/Siemens made a big deal out of connectivity. The LifeBook S Series features multifunctional bay into which you can slot the device of your choice - a CDROM, DVD, or CD writer, for instance. Or plug in an additional battery, which gives you staggering five hours of battery-powered computing.

The LifeBook S-Series is a full-fledged office PC. As well as the built in LAN/Modem connection, the notebook features USB's and can be fitted with an on-board FireWire interface. You can connect to a Port Replicator delivered with the notebook or attach an optional CCD camera as a bay module if you wish. All of which makes business computing more flexible - in and out of the office.
