First Enquiry: Once you have decided that you need cabling services we highly suggest that you read most of the documents in this network section of our web site. This will then give you a good idea of what information we may ask upon your enquiry. Once you contact us; if necessary we will arrange for one of our cable experts to visit you & the site in question. This will allow us to complete a survey and work out the technicalities and routing for the network layout.

Quotation for Requirements & Cost: Once all products, cable routing and labour have been calculated we will send you a formal quotation for your requirements, leaving room for revaluation and room to suit your budget. Once the quotation is finalized we will arrange the installation date and give you updates on the progress as we go along. 

Finalizing & Documenting: Finally the installation is tested, certified by industry regulations, documented and mapped, then returned to you for your records.

What About The Actual PC's & Servers? To compliment the installation you may be also changing your server or PC structure. You may need new network cards in each PC as they are not on a network or use the old coaxial (BNC) type of network. Whichever the circumstance, Somtech can provide servers & PC's along with our technicians who are qualified to set-up them up & any network peripherals.
