How does it all work?
We have
developed a reliable and simple method to assist all of our
clients through the inevitable problems encountered with running
simple business functions or complex network systems.
We
maintain all incoming queries through a database driven
information structure which tells us all about your IT structure
from what parts you PC may have to how calls & visits are
maintained or resolved
When
this is not possible the issue is either researched in-house or
an engineer is scheduled to visit and solve the problem on site.
All calls remain open until a satisfactory solution is found,
escalation processes within the system ensure that any
outstanding logs do not get missed and that the solution is
found in the shortest possible time. Due to advances in
communications technology SOMTECH is able to provide a high
degree of support directly via remote access over modem, ISDN or
leased line connections. Experience in the following platforms /
